Ooh!  Yes please.

Incidentally, I stayed in the Chatsworth Hotel, Eastbourne last weekend 
and the breakfast menu said 'local sausages'.  Generally, hotel sausage 
are not very nice and I avoid them but these were lovely.  I bet they 
weren't as good as yours though.
