1       Robert is our resident butcher, although he is based in Canada. 
He makes absolutely wonderful sausages, (I haven't tried them yet but 
believe that to be the case) which I believe have tried by Graham, 
another of our regulars, who also lives in Canada. Robert is extremely 
knowledgeable about anything to do with sausages and is passionate about 
his job.

2       Shaun Hill is a rather famous chef who opened a restaurant in 
Ludlow, which partly as a result of that restaurant, became very famous 
as a foodie place.
