Quite so, I was not being toooo(!) serious in my comments either as
indicated but some chuckles-epithets in another part)
but I cite in my defence m'lud the old adage of "if you cant stand the
heat you ought not to be in usenet" :-))

Something is tweeking at my remaining braincell, perhaps it was more
to do with the time available, ie. passover and the ghost etc were
about to happen and there wasn't any time left to wait for the bread
to rise ?

It never ceases to amaze me (even after 40+years of bread making in an
amateurish sort of way) how such a simple mix of such simple(?)
ingredients can give rise to such varied and more-ish products ! But I
fear that I am totally offtopic now ! So I'll shut up,,,
