"Caledonian Brewing Company (CBC), the Deuchars brewer run by Steve
Crawley, has been bought out by S&NUK for an undisclosed sum.
CBC's brewery in Edinburgh was bought by S&N in 2004. At the same time
it took a 30% share in the company and was given first option to buy
if CBC ever wished to sell . . . Harviestoun Brewery, in which
Crawley has a stake, remains independent."
