It should be possible to have organic free range, which ought to be the 
best of both worlds. I've tried organic free range eggs and liked those. 
But perhaps not quite as much as the eggs from my friend's chickens, 
which she gathers from the Eglu in her garden.

True. A few years ago I tasted poulet de Bresse that a friend brought 
back from France. It was divine, but I gather it's rather more expensive 
than free range chicken, and I haven't bitten the bullet and bought one 
for myself.

However, I think everyone who likes chicken should try poulet de Bresse 
at least once.
