indeed, but I suspect a lot of eaters used to battery confuse the two. Its
quite comment for peoples only comment on meat to be "tough" or "tender",
they dont care about flavour at all.
The fact that the re****t tests for both at once indicates to me they are
confused (perhaps intentionally, who funded it?).

Rick Stein did it on TV, about thirty people, they nearly all chose free
range , one of the few that didnt was IIRC Rick himself.
