But flavour has nothing to do with tender. I personally think battery 
chickens can be very - if not too - tender. I certainly would not describe

the ones I have eaten as having flavour.

Or as I said, the blind tasting. I wonder how any one would fare in a
truly 
blind taste test of many varieties of cooked chicken from various sources.
I 
would not be surprised to find a few "experts" choosing Tesco's "2 for a 
fiver" birds.
