Now that is interesting. I can't believe that sunflower oil has a lower
smoke point that olive oil. Isn't sunflower oil recommended for frying
above most others? I was always told that groundnut oil had the highest
smoke point, but found out that it was very high in cholesterol, so I
stopped using it
