Sea bass baked in the oven on top of some sliced new potatoes (parboiled
first) in white wine, herbs and a slug of olive oil. Served with local
asparagus.
Sea bass was very fresh, bought from the van which delivers locally,
straight from the docks.
End of an era, as he told me that they are fini****ng at the end of July.
They have been in business and doing this round since the 1800s (though
obviously not in a van!)
