You've probably seen it in the supermarkets- it's called tenderstem
broccoli. It's not actually related to broccoli (it's closer to cabbage
apparently!) but is delicious. The non-relation****p notwithstanding, I
rarely eat broccoli now- much prefering tenderstem- and young purple
broccoli (which I suspect is related to broccoli) is to die for too!
