Did we see the Giles Coren & Mel G programme including English rarebit,
which has red wine sprinkled on the bread first?
How do folk do this dish? Toast the bread on both sides then cheese one
side, Toast on one side then cheese the raw side, or leave the underside
raw?
They also came up with Wow Wow Sauce to have with beef, made wih gherkins
onions and ****t. There's a recipe here which I'm going to try asap
