Tonight's dinner (thursday)

I thought to start this very early (both the thread and the food prep):

Marinated ****k loins, chopped into chunks with Scotch Bonnets (finely 
chopped), soy sauce and minced garlic & ginger Also a splash of tarragon 
vinegar.

Not sure what I will do yet, but thought maybe a type of vindaloo?

In the cupboard I have a plantain which needs using up. The checkout
person 
at Tesco's thought it was a banana and only charged me 22p! Any ideas 
gratefully received.
