Hi, I am thinking of making my own tandoori style oven. Here in the US,
we
have outdoor clay fireplaces, called chimineas. I think they are
originally
Mexican, but I am not sure. Anyway, I was thinking that if I could
attach
a door, and maybe add some air flow holes, I might be able to use it for a
tandoori oven. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
