OK, here's an off topic question from someone in the US!!! I read this
group
and the people in it seem friendly and helpful so I thought I'd ask it

even though it isn't about Indian food.
I watch some BBC shows in the US such as Eastenders and Coronation Street
and I've noticed that when people make/eat sandwiches the bread seems much
larger than the sandwich bread we use in the US.
Our bread here is about 4"-5" square depending on the brand.... The bread
I've seen in the UK shows seems quite a bit larger...
So... what size is most sandwich bread in the UK...
OK, it's kind of a crazy question too but I'm inquisitive....
