Spent a lovely lunchtime with an Indian girl teaching me how to make
Chapattis. I supplied the boiled egg curry and she supplied the dough
which
she had made the night before. I had looked how to make it on youtube but
there is definitely a knack to it which I had difficulties getting a grip
of.
She gave me some left over dough which I spent tonight making along with a
Chicken vindaloo and it was superb. OK they weren't round but they tasted
fantastic and the curry was one of the best I have made.
