If you are able to get the Maesri brand by you, I highly suggest it for
prepared pastes. I am not familiar with Bart's (I am in the US, and it
may
be that it isn't sold here) so I cannot compare.

- if they don't already show where their
products are available on their website, e-mail them and ask! I keep a
few
of their pastes (red, green, yellow, masaman, and prik khing), and on hand
for when I don't have time to or feel like making paste from scratch. I
also like their sweet chili sauce, which comes in a bottle.
