Revolutionary Chinese Cookbook

Yippee!  I just got a copy of this, ****hsia Dunlop's new 
cookbook.  Well, you have had it in the UK since August, and 
it just came out here (ahead of schedule!).  What do you folks 
think of it?  And recommendations--or recipes to avoid? 
Although I am excited, I don't think it looks as good as 
Dunlop's first book.  Maybe I'm wrong though.

BTW, I see this book, like her previous one, doesn't use both 
imperial and US measures.  They could save a lot of time and 
energy by putting in both (perhaps Oz measures too) and using 
multiple terms where necessary.  Hint, hint to the publisher. 
  Many cookbooks seem to do that now....
