Hi All,
After ages trying I bought a rice cooker yesterday and the fried rice
problem was cured. I comes out much drier from the cooker than I could
ever
get with any amount of air or fridge drying. I was able to fry it about an
hour after it was cooked and it tasted the biz. Once again "All Hail The
Chef!!"
