Having seen many USA recipes with Jicama as an ingredient, I beceme
resigned
to the fact they're not available in the UK.
However I just read on a Malaysian cooksite that Yam Bean is another name
for Jicama, and yes, i can get these in my local Chinese store.
Is this correct? and if so, does anyone have any ideas for using them?
