I have picked up a copy of Chinese Cuisine by Huang Su Huei, Wei-Chuan
Publi****ng. It is a hardback with dustjacket, 1974 edition with 220
pages.
It is written in Chinese with English translation. In excellent condition
with just a little discolouring on the dustjacket. Cost me £1.50. in a
charity shop. Yours if you want it.
The NG has been a bit quiet of late but trust you are keeping well.
