Chuen Cheng Ku on Wardour Street does Cuttlefish Cake. It is one of the =
few dimsum places that does a trolley service - which reminds me of =
having dimsum at City Hall in Hong Kong. They cook it there and then on =
a hotplate trolley, usually 3 pieces, but occasionally I have been =
served with 4!=20

Also Emperor Junior on Kings Road also does it - its very simple but =
quite nice there, they serve dimsum all day - and cooked to order ( =
sadly the landlords are redeveloping so its not likely to be there for =
much more than 6 months or so) - you select from the menu and it also =
does other dishes chow mein and even aubergine , their crispy ****k is =
very good - chau siu a little disappointing in comparsion!

I am hoping to try Ping Pong at Great Marlborough Street this weekend - =
I'll let you know how it is
