Its worth a try if you around south London at some point. We know the
owners
there quite will and even try out new recipes for them! I know its a hard
life, last time was the taste test for the Thai fish cakes. Not sure if
the
Cuttlefish Cake is on the menu (don't remember) but I'll find out.

Not been to Tai Tung for a while, except to get some take-away roasts and
do
so some shopping at Wing-yip. Probably go up china-town soon and have
stuff-feast there, Might try someone different, still missing the Wong-Kei
old days and really need to get some abuse from a half-decent waiter.

Till then, Mrs. NB is a whiz with Wok, so I don't miss it.. It even nicer
on
Sunday morning our house when we have our tal-fan which the left over from
last nights dinner, especially ho-sit if its the chili fried squid which
we
dip in to the soup for an extra kick. Lo-po cooking some fan tonight as
our
daughter is going through a rice-crazed phase, so Mrs.NB is cooking up
some
new (and old) recipes now!
