Hi friends
i am akki from india, i am 23 year old and my weight is 60 kgs(132.277
lbs) only , i look quite skinny and many times i am embrassed for this
thing , i want to gain weight so can some one suggest me how can i
gain weight ??
please tell the workouts that i should do and also how many
repetitions should my workout have ..??and how many sets should i
do ??and as i am a vegetarian so please suggests me the diet that
could be helpful in gaining weight .
