one must step onto a stone that goes long on a stream of this
knowledge before diving into this option.
veganism is tricky.. also is vegetarianism. remember, both are the
same, technically. ( i still wonder why some claim a vegetarian
drinks MILK? and eats CHEESE? oh i also love the FISH idea also.)
no... vegetarians don't do that. let alone the processed foods,
that is a complexity beyond the ability for most to hold onto more
than just a choice and thinking but financially.
it's also hard to maintain veganism when the main option for food
sustinence is the grocer.
i couldn't go vegan... i live in a city, no chance in hell to grow
my own garden the way i want. the mindset would also be effected.
