Layered Club Salad
3 to 4 cups lettuce, shredded
2 cups Ranch dressing
1 large tomato, diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
6 oz. Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Small red onion, thinly sliced
6 oz. ham, cubed
6 oz. turkey,cubed
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup seasoned croutons
In a 3 quart glass bowl, layer lettuce, 1 cup dressing then diced
tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, seasoned croutons, red onion, cubed ham, cubed
turkey, cheese. End with 1 cup of dressing and bacon garnish. Nice to
