Original TURF Cheesecake

I'm an old (75) fan of historical NY Cheesecakes. I've eaten at both 
the original Lindy's and the original Turf. In my day there was a great 
rivalry over who had the best cheesecake between the two not unlike the 
old rivalry between Demel's and the Hotel Sacher in Vienna about 
Sachertorte. (Later a Viennese court settled that matter.)

I've been searching for the original Turf cheesecake recipe for years 
without success. Anyone have it?
