Hi!
I will be teaching a cooking oriented series of cl***** on how Jews around
the world celebrate Shabbat, Pesach and Rosh Hashanah. Any recommendations
for resources, both cookbooks and other sources (history texts, articles,
even fiction which is well researched and do***ented), would be greatly
appreciated. Am hoping to include how regional ingredients and culture
have
influenced the local traditions for these holidays.
