To me a simple fish meal wants some kind of dairy sides liek mashed
potatoes with butter and a littl parmigian cheese and some kind of
vegetable that ou like, plain fo rmy taste, as well as a nice salad, green

or citrus. Baked potato with butter or sour cream (light if you want)
also would be good. this goes back to my childhood when my mother made
fish meals and we then were able to eat all those buttery and milky
things with the meal.

Of course, this is nothing fancy, just wht i think of with a fish meal.
tilapia ia a rathe rdull fishso it likes something to sruce it up like
Maxine's salsa recommendation or lightly breadign an dfrying. I broil it
too with lemon juice, onions, and a spice mix I once got as a gift and
found lovely, Preeg's Mixed spices for fish.
