Wow,
It might even be good for any diabetics as the single Tbl of fruit spread
would not add a great deal of carbs.
I wonder how it would work not for Pesach with an artificial swetener to
lower the carbs even mor or with some Smuckers no sugar added,
artificially sweetened jam (also not KLP).
I use nut crusts in place of cracker crusts for things like lemon
cheesecake and parev pumpkin pie that I make with special no sugar added
recipes and the cheesecake is lower in saturated fats too!
Recipes for these should also be in the jewish0food archives I mentioned
previously.
