How can it be a *new* mixer if it was used (by a little old lady in
Pasadena?).  Which model is it?  How old is it?  What did you pay for
it?

With appliances I think it's better to buy brand new, with a full
manufacturer's warranty.  I mean if you bought it for like $30-$40,
well it could be worth the risk... but I wouldn't spend more than that
for an iffy appliance that doesn't cost all that much brand new.  So,
what was that excuse again for why it was being sold...
