I just returned from an open house. There was a hot dip that was pretty
good. I don't know its name. Let's call it. . . .
Dip-Da-Dip-Da-Dip-Dip
16 ounces cream cheese (two 8-oz pkgs)
3/4 cup Frank's hot sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
Mix the hot sauce with the cream cheese and stir in the rest. Bake in a
1-1/2 quart casserole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Maybe a small
crockpot for a couple hours would work, too.
It's got a little bite to it.
Serve with tortilla chips.
