    Certainly there is more to life than treats but broccoli is very 
nice when prepared
properly.  Besides the treats and the food that is simply good for you 
or necessary there
are lots of pain and eventually death.  And when you get old enough you 
realize that
none of these are bad. 
    Lots of people in the world are living on a diet so bad it is
no wonder they cannot think straight about the issues affecting their 
lives and
strike out at others who are so well off that they can think about the 
illusory issue
of long term health.
     I say illusory because all you can do if you are lucky with a
good genetic heritage and careful in your activities is stay healthy for 
one human
life time.  There is no evidence that this will help the real problems 
people face
every day.  It might do better to think about spreading the food to the 
people
who are not getting enough nutrition and about production of food that
is sustainable in terms of the life of the earth.

    Thank whatever for the cocao bean and chocolate.
