FA Sweet Shop confectionery running manual

The Sweet Shop by Charles Vernon ,VGC ,undated ,but a model
confectioners invoice is dated to 1938 ,so thereabouts. 332 pages.
Georgeous old book on the running of the traditional old fa****oned
sweet shop. Covers everything in great detail (332 pages worth!),shop
design, shop window display of confectionery,wrapping,serving,counter
display, etc.I would suggest that this is a perfect book for someone
wanting to start a traditional style sweet shop, or a chocolatier
etc.
