Don't have a cow, Jerry. Easily disproved by a search engine (it has
26 g of fat, in case anybody cares):

http://www.mcdonalds.com/app_controller.nutrition.index1.html

(Huge difference between 510 and 26. The OP obviously confused
calories with grams of fat. All this information is easily available
with minimal effort)

Interesting, that Jerry knows this information so well he's able to
authoritatively call the OP a lier*
But at 510 calories, 40% of your RDA of fat and 60% of saturated fat,
the QPC is not something you want to eat every meal. if you supersize
it and refill your sugar cup a few times, it's WAY too many calories.
One of your meals could easily surpass 1000 calories, which puts you
way over the 2000 calories a sedentary adult needs.

I seriously recommend you give Subway another try. I'm looking
forward today to having a 6 inch special loaded with veggies, and a
water to drink. It may not be too late for you. Look at Jared.

*fool, it's spelled "liar"
