Begging money and stealing soda

Some kid who was about 12 or so was begging money inside the
McDonald's in Brentwood, MO this afternoon.  He also ordered a water,
then immediately took the cup over to the soda fountain, dumped out
the water, then filled the water cup with soda.
I alerted the manager, who didn't seem very responsive.

You don't do kids any favors by letting them get away with that kind
of stuff.

Job security for the folks in the American prison industry.
