Consumer Re****ts magazine found that Subway wasn't a good value. I
agree with that. Most of their "meats" are turkey based, they skimp on
all the ingredients, they're overpriced and the prices keep going up,
their "fresh-baked" bread is usually stale. and even their franchisees
are complaining about the rules they keep forcing on them. I don't
even go there for their specials anymore.
When they first started out, they were called "Pete's Subs" and they
were good. Now they're just a bunch of millionaires trying to cut
costs to make themselves even richer at the expense of their customers
and the suckers who bought into the company.
Crap is right.
