Rhubarb Ketchup
4 c Diced rhubarb
3 md Onions; chopped
1 c White vinegar
1 c Packed brown sugar
1 c Sugar
1 qt Tomatoes; cut up saving
.. liquid
2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Pickling spice
Combine; cook on low until thick. cool. Store in
refrigerator
