"Arch, it was YOUR OWN comment. "

Not so, I made an observation about milk, our fearless leader evoked the
above admonition and I reminded him of his own guidelines for remarks
which would exclude same.

""Many of your comments are mysterious enough without further confusing
who you are talking to with what you are talking about. (e.g., rambling
about processed cereal, soy & nuts where they are not in question or
examples that would justify even less healthy alternatives of
interspecies milk). "

Nevr a word about "processed" nor "nuts" passed my finger tips in this
thread to my recollection. Mention of grain and soy as examples of
plant based sources of adverse reactions was offered. Your comment
about milk has yet to be sup****ted in its present strong assertion form,
in contrast the sup****ted by evidence observation that it along with a
large range of foods can in some people in some contexts contribute to
adverse effects.

"So it would seem you are talking to yourself if more than one person
isn't sharing your screen name/persona. It is not an accident that you
repeatedly refer to yourself as "we" and now you say "your" instead of
'my'. Will you explain this consistent/inaccurate referencing of
yourself and others?"

No doubt my unorthodox quoating markup practices.
