Aluminum Pans

Hello everyone.  I work as a kitchen manager for a company with several 
institutional feeding settings.  One of the other managers has the company

almost convinced that we should discontinue the use of all aluminum pans. 
While I understand the dispute here I also question the validity of this 
idea.  Can anyone give me and information this or send me to a web sight 
that has realistic data on the dispute?
