Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any idea how many people it would take
and how big of a kitchen setup (number of appliances, square footage of
building, etc...) it would take to cater meals at the rate of about
1000 meals per hour every day delivered over say a 6 hour period?
The meals would be mostly constant for the given day with perhaps some
limited choices in the extras, ie salad versus french fries.
I'm trying to get a sense of what it would take to make this possible.
