Seeking a food-snack-drink vendor or canteen truck to provide services
for a one-day Sunday open-air outdoor fair in Middleboro, Ma.
Sunday Sept 11 - 10 am to 6 pm or ****tion thereof.
Must be licensed. May be required to visit town in advance for
inspection. (We have details if interested).
Estimated attendance 200-250-plus, many staying all day.
Self-contained preferred. Electricity available but may have some
limitations (discussion point if interested.)
Last year the sponsor organization sold 2.5 trash barrels chuck full
of cold soda and juices and some packaged snacks they got at the
wholesale store. Many left the grounds to find food at nearest town
several miles from the fair's location. On-site vendor will allow
people to remain on grounds. Vendors/canteens running at a similar
event held in Andover, MA in the same month have sold out their entire
stock on board by 4 pm in the past because of the convience factor.
They sold cold drinks, sandwiches, burgers, dogs, etc.
