So yesterday I took advantage of the "Two Free Taco Day" at JitB. I
just showed them my handicap bus pass and explained that I don't drive
or have a lawn to mow, so I have no reason to buy gas (which was the
basis of the promotion - to sell more gas, I guess <shrug>).
I was all prepared to lay it on them Jerry-style: That this is public
property, that I was a public person, that by law they have to serve
me no matter how bad I smell, and to deny me two free tacos would be
discrimination. But those bastards gave them to me without blinking
an eye or calling over a manager.
Plus I ordered an extra set. Those 4 decrepit-looking tacos were as
good as always.
