No, because I already said three time's it's because you don't know if
your
"supposed" to continue the fake polite conversation, or if it's okay to
just
ignore it and go on with the reason your there in the first place... to
place your damn order.  We of course demand that they be courteous, but I
think asking how your doing is too much when they simply could politely
say
how may I help you today.
