another water problem due to employee theft

My local wendys has been giving me warm bottles of water. On the second
time
i asked to talk to the manager. I said arent you selling COLD water here?
he said yes but that they dont sell alot and if they keep a bunch on ice
they employees drink them. They instead keep them locked up in back.

So there ya have it folks, first taco bell dropping water sales due to 
employee theft
now right across the lane wendys having problems too.
