Potato Skins

Jerry,...you just gotta get into these potatos with skin-on. Like 
Kili said, they're great just about ANY way you have potatos. Go to a 
TGI Fridays and order the Loaded Potato Skins Or, get some TGI Fridays 
frozen potato skins at the supermart. The frozen aren't as good as the 
restaurant ones or the ones you can make yourself, but they ain't bad 
if you're in a hurry. The skin-on french-fries aren't loaded with the 
skin; most fries don't even have one side with skin on. The skin just 
crisps up and tastes good. Give 'em a try and let us know what you
