Hello everyone, here's something I tried out on the boys last night, with
welcoming results!
Tobacco Smoked Haddock
Ingredients:
2 - 4 Haddock fillets (to feed 4)
1 x fresh lemon
Pinch of salt
Basil
20 x Marlboro Lights
Method:
Salt the fillets, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice & Basil, hang in a
smoking
cabinet. Set fire to the cigarettes and place them on the tray. Close
the
cabinet and
leave until the cigarettes have burned away & serve the fish with broccoli
and a little white
sauce.
Perfect for light lunches or even breakfast!
