methinks thee misunderstand. "Cheap" means just what it says.
Like the stuff you might find at a "dollar" store or a "Save-A-Lot".
"Common Yellow Mustard" likely refers to French's or Heinz or
some name brand "commonly used by real people. CYM is used
where quality is of little interest.
