Well folks, after lurking for quite awhile, you've got me all fired up.
I don't have a smoker, just a Vermont Castings grill, but I went to my
butcher yesterday and got some lovely, meaty beef ribs.
They are marinating right now (soy, oj, ginger, garlic, lime juice), and
they will be going on later today at very low temps at about 4:00 p.m.
We are not planning to eat till about 8:30 since a friend is coming to
stay tonight and won't be here till then.
It's a good thing the hubby and his buddy are willing to try my
experiments.
I'll let you know how they (the ribs, not the DH and buddy) turn out.
