That's not accurate. It may be gross, and avoided like the plague, by me
included, but it does have flavor, in a concentrated form. So it can be
used
to add coffee flavor as a concentrated ingredient. It might not be
something
you like but its still an ingredient that creates flavor. However in
marinades and sauces for ****k, where coffee is a legitimate ingredient
choice, I much prefer strong brewed real coffee.
