Hi Adriaan,
a) You are correct. I'm a lump and wood guy. My wife, Jun, has a propane
powered wok burner, bigger than those turkey fryer burners, which will
melt
a hammered steel wok if left unattended on full power.
b) We all learn from each other. When I stop learning, that's time to turn
me to ashes.
About top posting, I like to skim through things in chronological order so
I know the context of the final post. For me, it's a preference, not a

It's 30 C and sunny here, today. For Fathers' Day, tomorrow, my wife and
daughter will be making Fettucini with my homemade Alfredo Sauce. A Pinot
Grigio should go nicely with that.
